Megan entered the real estate field at the age of 21 as a transaction coordinator to 15 different Real estate agents. This provided her with a solid understanding of the legal paperwork required to buy and sell a home, all while gaining valuable experience in dealing with a wide variety of complex transactions.
Megan Baptista's relentless work ethic continues to be a huge part of her success. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship and a minor in Chemistry, Megan has demonstrated her ability to handle all aspects of the buying & selling process ranging from market analytics, and property advertising, to high-stakes negotiations.
