I love the Knight Frank Wealth Report I have studied it since I was a kid and thought by 35 I would have a home in Beverly Hills, a townhouse in London and Chalet in Aspen, and a Yacht and crew for summers on the Mediterranean. While it it provides a great source of inspiration (or delusion haha), it also serves a one of the best pieces of literature to really understand our local markets within the greater International sphere of residential real estate. It also gives us valuable insights into our clients, many of whom are International by better understand the needs of High Net Worth Individuals.
